Logement

Formation
Apprentissage initial du métier, de l’objet sociale de l’association et formation continue.
Commissions
Salaire composé d'un fixe mensuel garanti et de primes sur résultats permettant en moyenne d'atteindre une rémunération globale comprise entre 2 000€ et 4 000€.
Durée et travail en équipe
30h par semaine, en CDI, du Lundi au Vendredi pendant autant de semaines que vous le souhaitez. Bénéficiez d’un réseau solidaire et d’un accompagnement dédié pour optimiser votre réussite. Invitez vos amis à rejoindre l’aventure !

Team Life
During your missions, you share a holiday apartment with your team from Monday to Friday, located close to your workplace.
Logistical Benefits
We cover part of your weekly travel expenses and provide you and your team with a holiday apartment and a rental car from Monday to Friday.
Organised and Flexible Missions
Your first mission lasts five consecutive weeks (Monday to Friday).
After that, you officially become a member of the BeRaiser team and can choose your working periods freely by simply letting us know one week in advance.
Motivating Compensation
The average salary from the very first month is around CHF 4,000. With strong performance, a bonus is added to your base salary, which increases starting from the fourth week of work.
Working Hours
You work 7 hours per day, split between 10:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m., including breaks.
Career Growth
Above-average performance, combined with strong social and leadership skills, can open the door to a Team Leader position.

Contrat
- Statut : VDI (Vendeur à Domicile Indépendant), permettant une totale autonomie sans lien de subordination.
- Types de contrats : VDI Classique (liberté totale) et VDI Senior (commissions bonifiées et primes).
- Horaires flexibles : travail du lundi au samedi, selon disponibilité.
- Organisation : aucune obligation de présence fixe, idéal en complément d’activité ou à plein temps.
- Formation : accompagnement et apprentissage pour optimiser la réussite sur le terrain.
- Commissions : rémunération basée sur les dons collectés, avec un taux pouvant atteindre 50 % du don annuel moyen.
- Primes et bonus : récompenses supplémentaires pour les meilleurs recruteurs.
